German standard wages for six years higher than inflation – significant growth in all sectors

What was the saying? In God we trust? Or in “Federal Statistical Office we trust?” Because the german official statisticians, who put together everything what can be calculated, today published final data on the standard wages of the Germans for the entire year 2017. It shows that the tariff earnings now already the sixth year after year are higher than inflation. Well, that sounds great, but has not been a major feat in recent years due to low inflation. But slowly it gets more difficult, with inflation approaching 2%. The average wage without special payments increased by an average of 2.8% in 2017 compared to the previous year (including special payments 2.3% / funny …).
