However, the assessment of the current situation is weaker than expected. It is at -24.7 (forecast was -22.0; previous month was -25.3).
The ZEW comments: “Hopes are rising that the economic environment will improve in the foreseeable future. Optimism that the USA will not impose any punitive tariffs on EU cars.
