Before the big day! Video outlook (german)

Why did some US indices reach new all-time highs yesterday? Because the US economy is in such a great state? Hardly. The US reporting season is also mixed, with both positive and negative surprises (as did Google yesterday, which disappointed especially in terms of earnings per share). The main reason for the all-time highs in the US markets is the belief in further measures by the Fed (and other central banks). The market therefore wants to see the next rate cut from the Fed tomorrow, after the Fed buys short-dated US bonds as early as November. Powell therefore has the last chance tomorrow to resist the whining of the markets and thus leave the role of the driven. Will he take it? Today some figures from the US reporting season, but tomorrow Apple will be decisive…
